Knowledge management

Experience is not internalized if no changes occur

The activity of the Knowledge Management direction is the process of ensuring the flow of knowledge to improve awareness regarding the application of robotic systems, training, and making appropriate decisions.

Goals

Formation of a Center of Excellence

for Robotic Operations as an institutional capability for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine

Accumulation of Knowledge

Collection and analysis of the experience from using robotic systems in operations by mobile field learning teams

Storage of Knowledge

Creating an information space for the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of knowledge

Implementation of Knowledge

Conducting training courses for military personnel on the use of robotic systems (UAVs, IT, ISTAR process, etc.) and integrating them into the educational programs of specialized universities and training centers

Developing New Concepts

on application of robotic systems and their testing

Key Activities

Conducting research on the application of robotic systems through active experience collection by the field-based Lessons Learned teams. The core of the LL groups are veterans with combat experience

Developing and testing a methodology for conducting research by LL groups

Conducting 7 studies, including those on the implementation of the ISTAR process, the use of FPV-s, and ground robotic systems

Supporting the development of the Information Portal

Creating a knowledge exchange space within the DELTA ecosystem.

Conducting the course "Application of Information Systems and the ISTAR Process"

INNA HONCHAR

Head of the Knowledge Management Program

Modern warfare requires modern means. So stated one of the founders of NGO "AEROROZVIDKA," Volodymyr Kochetkov-Sukach, who unfortunately lost his life in 2015. His legacy lives on. And I am confident that when he spoke of modern means, he meant not only drones but primarily the people who operate these drones—those who are skilled, modern, trained, knowledgeable, smart, and who seek new concepts and scale the experience gained. This is the ideology of my Knowledge Management Program.
